Studio Headgear

Studio HeadgearOver the years I’ve stood front and center at many rock concerts and in studios. As amazing as it seems rock concerts clock at decibels as loud as airport runways. Ears can’t handle above 85 decibels. This leads me to believe we did something right by buying high fidelity earplug and headsets, verses studio trimming to impress. As strange as it may sound, many triple platinum hits were created in the strangest places. Who would know better than I would? I’ve been to the bottom and I’m back on top, “Spolarized Smart” is what I got.

Easy MoBee has put down tracks that became platinum in the strangest of places. MoBee checked out one of my songs by climbing out on the 14th floor window ledge of my office to add element and substance to the equation. My associate uses a cup of tea and a cigarette to grab platinum with his ear. He calls it a chemical formula that works. I use a cup of coffee and listen patiently for a platinum beat, or a lyric, which has so much turbulence that it spins me out of my chair onto my feet.

Music Reduces Stress

Music Reduces StressMusic is a motivational tool for not only athletes but also the rest of us. Many of the pros I’ve worked with tell me how music pumps them up. Hip-hop is definitely the most favor choice used because of its repetitive beats and hard-edged rhythms. Music distracts a person from pain while reducing stress hormones and muscle tension.

Hard-Edged Studios

hard edgedSpolarized artists have recorded in a number of studios. The name studio is the fancy name for workshop and the reason I don’t feel funny about the workshops I’ve used. Although studio trimming is impressive, there’s something to be said about the hard-edged studios. I’ve spent hours putting down tracks sitting on a bed where a mike and cord had been shoved under a bathroom door. Artist slamming lyrics standing in a tub, belting out notes into the mirror above.

Spolarized Records has jammed just about everywhere from cellars, closets, bedrooms, garages, attics, backyards, pickup trucks, vans, buses, and the like, to create a piece of musical work. Spolarized Records Collection of engineers, artists, and studios, we’ve enjoyed jamming with over the years.
